Short description of the project:

The idea for implementing the project came with the aim of improving the company's operations by introducing new and advanced IT solutions that would bring the company to a higher level of competitiveness on the market. As part of the project, an ERP system will be implemented, with which numerous improvements are expected in all segments of work.

Goals and expected results of the project:

The acquisition of new IT equipment will enable us to further introduce the ERP system, which will greatly help us become faster in all business processes within the company.

With the implementation of the ERP system, it is planned to integrate all business processes into one system, which will enable a faster flow of information and thereby create an opportunity to increase production capacity and greater competitiveness on the market.

Total value of the project:  1.338.050,58 Kn

Amount co-financed by the EU:  748.608,31 Kn

Project implementation period: od 15.02.2020. do 15.05.2021.
